The Alchemy Of Ascension

'To stand as an observer of Chaos, is not to deny it's presence, but to refuse it power, for nothing has power but that which you bestow upon it." - T'eeah

3:33 PM...I'm on day number three of my water fast.  Feeling good, but slow.  Serene, wanting to write something inspiring here for you as it will be one of my last few posts here on this platform.  But I'm having a little bit of trouble getting started with the words.  That happens sometimes.

Mind you, I have a ton of ideas, and I even pulled some cards and have some good guidance, but the implementation, well that's where the work really begins.  But I am sitting here, and that is a very good start, and I have my fingers on the keyboard, and they are moving, so I call this progress.  Yay!

I have so many nuggets of such delicious stuff, but trying to get it all together in one sweet package is tricky.  Saccharine/Sugar.  Let's start there for a quick minute.  It's an alchemical term, a property of the alchemical process.  One of the Wild Unknown Alchemy cards that came up for this post today was Saccharine/Sugar.  It represents sacred sweetness, pleasure.  It prompts us to remember the alchemical wisdom of "like attracts like."

Saccharine/Sugar encourages us to explore the simple sweetness in life.  It elicits us to ask the questions, "Can you add tenderness to your alchemical experience?"  "How about joy?"  "Or even laughter?"  It is likely the pleasures that you crave will not be found in mass produced stuff, instead, find your joy from the childlike wonder that remains in your heart.

Alternatively, Acetum/Vinegar, came out in tandem with Saccharine/Sugar.  A sour note permeates the laboratory.  Something from the past shows up and demands attention in the present.  Acetum/Vinegar serves as an active agent of distillation, fermentation and preservation.  It is incredibly useful when applied in the right amounts with the right intentions.  But be cautious.  A little goes a long way.  So, take a look at your past, but don't stare.  Acetum/Vinegar is a complex energy, but it's not complicated.

I pulled some tarot cards too.  Yes, this is going to be one of those posts again today.  Not to teach.  Just to tell a story.  This stuff fascinates me.  It just does.  I hope you at least find it entertaining.  So... moving forward.

Consider the Six of Swords, in all of its beautiful glory, transitions, help arriving at the perfect time, rites of passage, healing, moving beyond trauma.  It represents shadows of the past, support from others, personal evolution, a spiritual transition or journey.  We are moving through a period of realignment, and things can feel turbulent at these times of transition.  Trust that a better future awaits you on the other side of this change.

These experiences are profoundly personal, and you may feel alone right now.  Allow the gentle support of the Universe to move you through this ocean of evolution and lean towards silver linings on the horizon.  (More Sunshine?  Yes please!)  Say to yourself, "I accept help as I easily cross this transition."

"Joy and sorrow are inseparable.

together they come and when one sits alone with you...

remember that the other is asleep in your bed." - Kahlil Gibran

And then there is Death. No one loves the sight of the Death card in a reading.  We spend most of our lives denying death altogether...so when this card appears, it's easy to get frightened or think it's bad.  Don't let the drama distract you from the message.  You are on the cusp of a massive transformation, and it's time to mourn the end of one phase while celebrating the beginning of another.

This energy of transmutation and rebirth signal a metamorphosis that will allow you to expand your consciousness and move closer to your own divine essence.  A cycle of your life is coming to an inevitable end.  Take a deep breath if this scares you, beautiful soul.  This change is needed.

Welcome the possibility of something new.  Look toward the magic of this newfound horizon.  Underneath its morbid exterior, the Death card heralds exciting times filled with the brightness of SO MUCH POTENTIAL!  New light awaits!  Say to yourself, "I allow myself to let go of the past in order to add energy to new beginnings."

How does one handle all of the change that is coming?  How do we handle change?  How do you handle change?  Most people don't like it.  This time, I am stoked...but yet, still afraid.  I liken it to sky diving, that I have not done yet, by the way.  I am SO excited to go up in the plane.  I'm sure I will be so pumped up, getting suited up.  I love adventure.  I am by nature an adventurer; I remember that now.  But I'm pretty sure that when I get up in the little plane, strapped on to my tandem master diver, my heart is going to be pumping, hard.  I'm going to be scared as shit!  I'm probably not even going to want to jump out of the plane, but I know, the ONLY way I am going to get that magical, life altering experience is to JUMP.  I know I will have to jump.  No matter how scared I am.  And you know what?  I will.  I will jump.  Would you?

So, we handle the change, by doing it, yes.  But we don't dive off of the deep end.  If you read my post yesterday, you definitely know I have "BEEN THERE, DONE THAT!" EEK! We can also be mindful and approach this change in a balanced way.  Enter stage right please, the next messenger.  Please welcome the 2 of Pentacles, the final Tarot card I pulled for inspiration in this post.  Focus and put your precious energy into creating a balance that you absolutely love.  Create a balance that will allow you to work, play, love and create.

The 2 of Pentacles signifies inevitable change, since the pentacles suit relates to earthly possession.  It may mean a new job or a move.  Even if you fear this change, it needs to happen and it might even be fun.  We are to face this change with the grace of a newly formed butterfly...in a world of possibilities, balanced upon our delicate wings.  This equilibrium will not take away from your reserves of energy but will add to it.  Say to yourself, "I create an equilibrium in my life that allows me to be my best self."

The final card that has inspired this post today, is once again, from the Wild Unknown Alchemy deck, Unus Mundus/Synchronicity.  Unus Mundus/Synchronicity is the presiding deity in Alchemy.  It arrives to remind us that we are not alone in our queries or on our journey.  What are we here to doWhat pulls us forward?  What gets us to move?

Eppur si muove...and yet it does move.  Do not underestimate the brave act of your attention to the details of your daily life.  What you notice matters.  YOU MATTER.  When the Unus Mundus/Synchronicity card arrives, sacred messages abound.  Everything is a living symbol, a synchronicity.  Its guidance is sent directly from the Alchemists who have come before you, to encourage you along the way.

See the deeper meaning of what is in front of you.  In the very moment the new eye opens.  Listen for the miraculous message of the Universe.  Taste the joy of knowing that everything is always working out for you.  You are greatly loved.  You are divinely blessed.

So, there you go.  This was your channeled message from the Universe and from little me.  I hope you enjoyed it.  I hope you found something inspiring within its lines.  And now it's time to go a little bit crazy.  It's Friday here, you know.  Time to give you a "few" more inspiring videos to watch at your leisure this weekend.

Things are moving very quickly it appears.  Be awake and be aware.  You have all that you need, and All is Well.  I am sending you so much love through the "transmission."  I hope you can feel it and truly know that you are never alone, unless you choose to be.  Believe.  Be brave.  Be balanced.  And, if you get the chance...DANCE!

I'll be here again tomorrow.  See you then!
